Shipping
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail based on order total before tax (if applicable) at the following rates:
- up to $25 - $5.00
- $25 to $50 - $6.00
- $50 to $75 - $7.00
- $75 to $100 - $8.00
- Orders of $100 or more are shipped free
The Express Mail option will appear at check out, if this is your preference.
  Sales Tax will apply in accordance to the tax rate of the destination, if being shipped within New York State.

Returns Policy
Unopened yarn may be returned within 60 days of purchase.  Other items are not returnable.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
To return an item, email your request to returns@cornwallyarnshop.com.  We will provide you with an authorization number.
Include the following in your package:
                 - Name, email and/or phone number
                 - Authorization code
                 - Copy of invoice
For your protection, send the return with a delivery confirmation
